Why the ‘Communication in Polyamory' Resource?

One of the number one responses I get to “What are you dealing with or challenged by in polyamory?” is communication. Whether it be communicating that you are polyamorous to your partner or potential partners, or have the skills to have difficult conversations to having conversations about or with really challenging emotions, most of this is uncharted territory for us. It is very rare to find someone who grew up knowing or was shown healthy communication. It is even more rare to find someone who knows the subconscious or unconscious reasons why they have a hard time communicating. AND even if people have all of that, each situation and circumstance in life, can still leave us stumped. That is why it’s always a good idea to learn more and practice more.

In this Recording Learn from experts on how to:

  • Recognize the subconscious blocks we have in communication

  • Have the courage to have conversations you’ve been dreading

  • How you can move through challenging situations with communication and make it to the other side

  • Much much more!
